I just want to let you know what an excellent job your staff did installing 2 new furnaces in my home recently. Needless to say, it was a difficult time for us to realize we needed to replace both our furnaces. The 2 staff members that came were very knowledgeable and explained everything. They installed the 2 furnaces quickly, neatly and efficiently. We have never experienced such great customer service. And, we greatly appreciated the discount we were given.

We have been a customer of The Service Department since 1997 and have been fully satisfied with their service. Back in 1999 we purchased our new heating system and oil tank from the Service Department. The installation went smoothly and since then we have always had it serviced by them. So far we have only had to call them out once for a "no heat" call. They came out the same day and fixed the problem. They are always prompt and clean. We have even come to trust them enough to let them into our home when while we are work. This makes it very convenient for regular maintenance calls. We would highly recommend the Service Department for all of your heating needs!
